LEARN TO SHRED
Snowboarding
As of Dec 1st, we are no longer accepting applications for 2025 Learn to Shred program.
The Learn to Shred program is our longest running and most in demand program since starting in 2007.
The Learn to Shred program teaches youth with no previous experience how to snowboard and provides them with all of the necessary equipment, instruction, and transportation to do so! Our volunteer mentors will be there to connect and provide positive role modelling and confidence building during sessions.
In an effort to make the sport more accessible Elevation Outdoors provides transportation from 3 common meeting points in Kelowna and West Kelowna to make it easier for participants to join us at Big White.
