We’re Hiring a Development & Fundraising Assistant!
Our fundraising is growing — and so is our team. Elevation Outdoors is looking for a Development & Fundraising Assistant to help us keep up with everything that goes into raising the money that gets Central Okanagan youth outside, on bikes, on boards, and into programs that build real confidence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, enjoys working with people, and is looking to gain real experience in nonprofit fundraising. You’ll help track grants, support our donor engagement, work on our signature events (yes, including On The Lawn), coordinate volunteers, and pitch in on the social media that gets our story out into the community.
This role is helping Elevation Outdoors build our capacity so we can do more. As you gain experience in the role we believe it can grow with your skills to continue to provide opportunity and challenge, while being an integral part of the success of our fundraising efforts.
The details: part-time 12 month contract with the opportunity to grow with the role, based in Kelowna with some ability to work from, reporting to our Fund Development Coordinator. Wage based on your experience with a starting range from $24.00 – $27.00/hr.
