💚 Thank You, Martell Legacy Foundation 💚
Investing in Youth Potential and the Future of Our Community
We are deeply grateful to Dan Martell and Renée Warren, and the Martell Legacy Foundation, for stopping by our office and surprising us with a $100,000 donation to Elevation Outdoors!
This gift is part of the Foundation’s $400,000 investment in youth mental health in Kelowna, which also supported @Third Space Charity Society, Foundry, and the BGC Okanagan. We’re honoured to stand alongside these organizations doing vital work for young people in our community. Investing in our youth today, is an investment in the future of our community.
What makes this support especially powerful is the shared belief that youth have enormous potential and given the right opportunities, mentorship, and resources, they can thrive. Dan spent time last winter with our Learn to Shred youth, sharing his personal story and reinforcing a message many young people need to hear. Having faced significant challenges as a teen, Dan understands firsthand how impactful timely support can be.
As he says: “Where you start doesn’t define where you finish.”
Through Elevation Outdoors’ outdoor sport and mentorship programs, this donation will help remove barriers and provide unique outdoor experiences—supporting youth mental health, building confidence, and fostering a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the trails.
We are deeply grateful to the Martell Legacy Foundation not only for their generosity, but for choosing to lead publicly and encourage others to invest in youth.
